Fantastic 11-game NHL slate for us to dig into tonight and I have a pair of plays that I feel particularly good about as I'm making decisions on my tickets. Let's get into it.
Cozens OVER 2.5 Shots on Goal
In a great spot vs Colorado tonight, Cozens has hit in 6 of his last 7 games and 2 of his last 3 home games. The Avs are giving up 33.91 shots per game on the road this season and are near the top of the league in shots allowed to opposing Centers. The Sabres are middle of the road and looking to prove themselves, this is a great opportunity to knock off the defending Cup champions on home ice.
Fiala OVER 2.5 Shots on Goal
Firmly settled in on home ice, Fiala has hit in 3 of his last 4 games overall and 7 straight home games. In Los Angeles he is averaging 6+ attempts per game and tonight faces off with a Coyotes squad that is near the top of the league in shots allowed overall and shots allowed per game to Left Wingers. Fiala hit in 2 of 3 games vs Arizona last season and I think he keeps it going tonight.
Sticking with those two tonight. Plenty of other great spots on the board, these are just the two I like best. Whatever you end up playing tonight, I hope it cashes for you.
