Welcome back gang! Back to the diamond we go after cashing our NFL Prop with Nick Chubb over the weekend. Today we are rolling with Ronald Acuna to get a hit and Christian Javier to record 6 K's at +100 odds.

Christian Javier: Javier has been absolutely fantastic in his 3rd big league season. Recording 173 strikeouts in only 132 innings is crazy, but to add a WHIP under 1.00 just shows he is great at all aspects of his craft. Javier has a good fastball that he throws 60% of the time, but what really separates him, is his ability to get swings and misses on all 3 of his off speed pitches. Javier has a 41% whiff rate on his slider, and 32% on his changeup and curveball as well. Javier has hit this number in 10 of his last 13 starts, and has hit 6 innings pitched in of his last 8 outings.

Ronald Acuna: Acuna has one of the best matchups in the league tonight, Patrick Corbin. Though Corbin has been better in his last few starts, he still holds a 6.1 ERA in the second half of the season and a 7.4 Road ERA on the year. Acuna is 8 for 28 in his career vs Corbin and has a .313 average against the Nationals overall this season at home. Overall at home versus lefties on the season, Acuna has 124 WRC+ and an .823 OPS. Even after Corbin, the Nationals have one of the worst bullpens in the National League, and should give Acuna a plus matchup even after Corbin is relieved.
