Welcome gang! First Pine Prop for this upcoming NFL season and I couldn't be more excited! Can't wait to show y'all what we can do on the Gridiron for this upcoming season. This week's Prop is going to be Justin Herbert over 283.5 Passing Yards at -110 odds.

This number is disrespectful to one of the top QB's in the NFL, in one of the most pass heavy offenses. Herbert faces off against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 1, in what looks to be a shootout in the making.

Herbert has a variety of weapons, including one of the top receiver tandems in the NFL. Mike Williams and Keenan Allen, who both eclipsed 1,000 yards last season. With Herbert at the helm, they are primed to do it again. Ekeler also makes this offense extremely tough to game plan against. Ekeler is one of the top receiving backs in the league and was top 5 in the league in every category for receiving RB's. This receiving corps ranked 5th in the league in yards after catch which really helped boost Herbert's numbers. Herbert also threw the ball the third most in NFL last year, only behind Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes. This Sunday, Williams and Allen both have 58% + matchup advantages according to Pro Football Focus. With a 52.5 Point total and a close spread we should see a ton of passing. Herbert in games decided by 2 possessions or fewer hit this number 9 of 13 times last season. With an Vegas team that added Adams to an already stacked Receiver room, expect this game to be fast paced and feature both quarterbacks throughout.
