The two american players face each other for the fourth time in their career in the second round of Mallorca Atp. They have hit the over in total games both times they played each other in a normal setting (the other match was with special rules) and I believe the same will happen today. These are both players with good serves so I can see at least a set going to tiebreak or the game going to three sets. Giron has played three games in grass this year with all of them going to three sets while McDonald has played 4 and 3 out of them has hit more than 22.5 games, missing the tally only against Auger as he got smacked in the second set. However, both McDonald and Giron have been pretty good at holding serve in these matches they played in grass and struggled to break serve. I can see that happening today as well which might result in way more than 23 games being played. As such I’m going with the over in this matchup.
