Jesse Winker Under 0.5 Hits (+125)

For our first pick of the day, we're going to head out to Houston as the Mariners take on the Astros. Not my favorite pick here, but worth the lean for sure. Winker has yet to get a hit against the Astros this series, and I don't think he will get one off today either. In games the Mariners have lost, he has only gone over 30% of the time, on the road, he has gone over only 40% of the time, and against the Mariners, he has only gone over one time out of the 5 times the two teams have met this season. The only issue I see here is that he gets a hit 50% of the time against right handed pitchers, such as Justin Verlander. But, for +125 I think this is worth the lean for a half unit.

Matt Boldy Over 0.5 Points (-110)

After the Wild got humiliated by the Blues in game 1, I think we can all expect the Wild to bounce back tonight at home. Boldy has been outstanding this season in terms of points. He has hit the over more times than I can count at home, has gone over before against the Blues, and consistently is over in games the Wild Win. This is a tough one for me because the Blues and Wild are so even across the board there isn't a stat that stands out that makes me love this play, but there aren't any that make me hate it. I'm taking it lightly.

James Harden Under 30.5 Points+Rebounds (-110)

For my third and final pick for my first article on here, I'm taking James Harden Under PR. Without a doubt my favorite pick of the day. In his last ten overall, he has yet to go over. On the road its only hitting 20% of the time. Against the Heat, he has never gone over. And in games the 76ers lose, 20%. I expect the Heat to eat the 6ers again, and Harden get shut down. The robot has a median of 25 PR and a prediction of about 22 PR, wayyyy under the 30.5. Not sure what the books see here since they favor the over, but I lose this under. The only area of concern with this play is the absence of Joel Embiid, and when Embiid has been out, Harden steps up a bit more, putting his hit rate at 40%, but I just don't see him pulling it off against the Heat tonight.
