Pick 6: Atalanta to Win (1.55 Bet365)
Atalanta hasn’t recently been at what Serie A fans have witnessed from them in the last 3 years. They have turned from a team that plays a very beautiful game, to just a regular mid-table team. However they are currently 8th, which is a position that doesn’t send teams to European competition (unless Roma wins the UEFA Conference League). They can still aim for a spot in Europa League, and a win today would take them exactly there in 6th place (since the cup final will be played between Inter and Juventus, 6th place opens up for group stage qualification). This weekend’s win against Venezia could help them with the confidence, since they really don’t lack the qualities.
On the other hand, Torino is literally playing for fun. They cannot make European Cups, nor can they get relegated. Torino has won points against many of the teams on top of the table, including Milan, Inter, Juventus and Lazio, however I think that now that it is the end of the season and teams are having their final sprint towards their objectives, Atalanta should be able to pull it off (alliances are also a thing, even though illegal).
