We have just one NHL game on the schedule to start the week, and we're loading up a two-leg goal scorer parlay to capitalize on the spot.

I think this game between Winnipeg and Montreal should see it's fair share of goal-scoring tonight. I've already bet the over 6.5 goals based on that belief, but I want more.

My core reasoning for wanting the over was both of these team's goals allowed totals, but what put it over the edge was checking how Winnipeg has fared in back-to-backs, easily accessible on Pine's explore tool.

Winnipeg Back-to-Backs: Team and Opponents Goals Scored This Year

As you can see from the above chart, the last five times the Jets had a game without any rest, the total reached or exceeded seven total goals.

Winnipeg is allowing 3.8 goals per game in their last five on the road, while Montreal is allowing 3.2 goals at home their past five. Each team is also averaging over 3.0 goals scored in their location, which only helps.

There should be plenty to go around this evening, and I like the studs to find the back of the net.

Kyle Connor is always a good choice to score, but particularly when he is on the road.

Kyle Connor: Goals on Road

Connor has netted a goal in seven straight as a visitor. Considering Montreal is allowing the second-most goals per game to the left wing position since March 1, Connor is in a great spot to continue his streak.

Cole Caufield: Goals at Home

Caufield is steady no matter his location, but his recent home production is noteworthy, scoring a goal in seven of his last ten in Montreal.

Winnipeg is right behind Montreal in goals allowed per game to LWs since March 1, the third-highest total in the league.

In what I expect to be a high-scoring affair, we go with the top options for each team. Trends and data support the choice.

You can SGP goal-scorers on DraftKings, and that's exactly what I'll be doing. Good luck if you join the ride!
