Looking at the NHL board tonight, two of my favorite teams to score are the Rangers and Senators.

The Rangers are averaging 3.8 goals per game in their last ten, the sixth-highest mark in the NHL. They'll get the Islanders tonight, who as you can see below, are a fine target for goals when skating on road ice.

Islanders: Goals Allowed on Road Last Month

The above highlights a 3.5 goals allowed average, and I expect the Rangers to score 3+ goals tonight.

Meanwhile, Ottawa will face a Detroit team allowing the most goals per game in their last ten (4.5).

With the teams established, we turn to the players to target.

Chris Kreider has been steady, and the Pine prop projection is feeling good about his over, one of the top options when looking at the prop leaderboard from the home page.

Kreider has a point in eight of his last nine games, and nine points in his past six home games.

Kreider has also had his success against the Islanders this year.

Kreider: Points vs NYI This Season

I like Kreider to maintain his involvement in this one.

My analysis on Drake Batherson is simple. This is just his third game since returning from a two-month injury, and he has been the steadiest points producer on Ottawa all season, with a point in 61% of his games.

He's on the top line for the Senators in a game they should be able to score.

The Pine projection model likes his over when looking back over his past 25 games, and I do too.
