PICK 3: L.Ball (CHA Hornets) over 25.5 PA (1.83 at Bet365)
Last night has proven my point about betting MLs or spreads in NBA. If you're not familiar with my opinion on that, it's close to "duck that". Well, anyway, Hawks lost to Clippers and I'm still baffled by it. But we move on.
Tonight I have younger brother Ball on the radar, combining his playmaking, shooting and finishing abilities for a nice outing against Bucks.
His line is set at 25.5 PA, which is tad too low, considering Jrue Holiday is out and he'll have more playmaking and finishing possibilities (freedom, if you will).
In his last meeting with Bucks this season, he recorded 27 points + rebounds, despite getting into foul trouble. In 2 matches against Bucks before that one, he recorded 45 and 36PA.
Opponent's starting PG stats (PA) when Jrue Holiday is out:
Bucks are missing Jrue, Allen and Hill, which could (and most probably will) result in the lack of perimeter defence and pace control.
Charlotte should have nice view of the basket tonight, especially from the perimeter and half distance - exactly where we need Ball to shoot & create.
