Pick 1: Michigan State ML -152

Michigan State started the season in the Champions classic and put on a good show against a strong Kansas team ranked 3rd in the country. Michigan St was the only team in that tournament that wasn’t ranked and showed they’ll probably be ranked come Selection Sunday at the end of the regular season. Even though they lost that game against Kansas they showed they’re not pushovers.

Butler is doing well early in season and  have won their first three games against teams that they should beat. I believe the advantage for Michigan St is their size and rebounding. They’re averaging almost 11 more rebounds per game than Butler and  are more than doubling the bulldogs in blocks (6-2.3) and in steals (6.5-2.7).

Even with this game being at Butler, I expect the Spartans to dominate this one.
