For my second pick of the week I'm taking the Chicago White Sox to beat the Minnesota Twins on the road. The Sox had a dominant win last night, taking the game with a final score of 11-1. I'm banking on the bats to continue to stay hot to be able to take down the Twins back to back nights. It's also important to note the White Sox offensive success recently, which is what the chart below shows.

The numbers shown here are the total number of runs scored by the White Sox in each of their last ten games, or since July 30th. While a few of these games had very poor offensive production, six of these games saw the Sox score six runs or more.

It may be even more important to look at what they've done in the past two games. Nine runs on Sunday, and Eleven runs last night. My hope is that the bats simply stay hot again tonight at Target field so the White Sox can walk away with the W, which would be their fifth straight.
