Hello and welcome to the first edition of Money on the Board! My goal with this series is to provide you with four player props for each NHL slate that I am feeling confident in - a goal, an assist, a point, and an SOG prop. In the interest of not getting too chalky, at least 2 of the props will be plus money. Hopefully this will be a fun and profitable way to get more information on quality NHL player props each day. Let's get started:

Zach Hyman Goal (+130)

Kicking things off with a goal prop and it's hard to argue with Hyman's production so far this year. He has 5 goals in his last 4 games and an impressive 65% hit rate on home ice this season. The Oilers are 2nd in the league in goals per game at home over the last month while Los Angeles has the 11th most goals against on the road in that time. While he has not previously had a lot of scoring success vs the Kings, I like him to get it done tonight.

Claude Giroux Assist (+105)

Playing this on DFS tonight as well but love this spot. Up on the top line as of late, Giroux has an apple in 5 straight games. Historically he has performed well in this matchup and I expect Ottawa to score tonight with Washington near the top of the league in goals against over the last month.

McCann Point (-130)

One of those guys you just have to keep rolling with til the wheels come off. On a 7-game point streak, including 1 vs Boston two weeks back. 13 points in his last 7 games on home ice. Top line winger with Beniers & Eberle, their line has driven much of the team's offensive production lately. Should be a highly motivated Seattle squad as they look to gain ground in the Western Conference wild card race.

Bo Horvat 3+ Shots (-132)

Last time Horvat & the Islanders played Dallas was just over a month ago in Patrick Roy's debut as the new HC. Since then, Horvat has 3+ shots in 10 of 12 games, including all 4 road games. Over the last month, New York is ranked 3rd in shots per game on the road and I like them to continue that trend tonight. 1C & centering PP1, Horvat should see plenty of opportunities.

That's all for now, best of luck whatever you play tonight. If you'd like to see more of my picks and analysis, check out my Twitter/X profile - @fnpropsguy.
