On this first Sunday of NFL action, I come to you once again with an MLB prop!

I will say, I love betting on NFL, but I typically will sit out the first week of the season so that the kinks in data can get worked out, as well as new trends for a fresh season.

So, today, I really like James Outman to record at least 2 total hits/runs/RBI. According to Ballpark Pal, Nationals Park is primed for the over in runs, and looks good for home runs and extra base hits. As you can see from the data above, Outman has hit this line in 10 of his last 15 games, including six of the last 10.

Washington’s starting pitcher today is Trevor Williams. In Outman’s 2 previous plate appearances against him, he’s got a hit and an RBI. Overall against RHPs, Outman has a respectable .246 BA, including 17 HRs this season vs. righties.

Let’s hope he can continue this success in today’s game when he gets in the batter’s box.
