Looking for the 3 game sweep of the Mets, Atlanta’s got Spencer Strider on the bump who has just been off to an insane start this season. While the Mets are not a team that strikes out, best in the MLB on the road at 6.71 K/game, they have struck out 9.33 times over the last 3. Look for Strider to control early and the bats to get him some run support. Verlander is on the mound for New York tonight, but he hasn’t looked too much of himself sitting at a 4.25 ERA and just a 2-3 record coming in to tonight. Let’s get a sweep!
