Entrée (1u) - Ochai Agbaji 10+ Points & Walker Kessler 2+ Blocks (-124 FanDuel)

I'll start with Agbaji first. He's been shown an increase in minutes over the last few games for the Jazz. In his last 5 games, he's only played under 30 minutes one time and that was a game versus Miami where he played 29.1 minutes. This is strongly due to Jordan Clarkson and Collin Sexton being out for the Jazz. In those last 5 games, he's recorded 10 or more points in all 5. His original points line is set at 13.5 tonight, which I'd lean towards playing but only going for 10 points is much better here. He's not had a game under 10 field goal attempts in his last 8 games. He's attempting a ton from deep with 7.1 attempts per game over his last 10 games. If this guy can get 28 or more minutes, he's averaging 14.5 points per game. His matchup isn't bad too. The Trail Blazers are 26th in field goal percentage allowed and 28th in 3pt percentage allowed. If Agbaji can continue to get great looks and shoot the ball efficiently, I have no doubt about the 10+ points.

Walker Kessler is a different story than Agbaji but he's truly turning into one of the rim protecting beasts in the league. Kesslers blocks line is originally set at 2.5 but I'm adding him to at least get 2 blocks tonight. He's gathered 2 or more blocks in 9 of his last 10 games and is averaging 2.3 blocks on the season. However, I wanted to play his blocks because of his recent form and his individual matchup. He's averaging 3.3 blocks over his last 20 games and 3.8 over his last 10 games. He gets a matchup vs Jusuf Nurkic. Even though the Trail Blazers don't allow a ton of blocks to centers, this matchup is different. They're playing this game without Jerami Grant and Anfernee Simons, who are two players who attempt a ton of shots from the perimeter. You're adding into the mix Trendon Watford and Matisse Thybulle. Thybulle will just sit in the corner but Watford isn't known for taking a high volume of perimeter shots when he get's playing time, averaging only 0.9 three point attempts in 18 minutes averaged this season. More inside looks for the Blazers present more block opportunities for Kessler.

In the 5 games Jusuf Nurkic has played without both Grant and Simons, he's averaging 13.6 field goal attempts compared to his 9.7 season average. I expect Nurkic to take a ton of shots tonight, which should provide plenty of opportunities for Kessler to block shots.

I don't think 10+ points from Agbaji and 2 blocks from Walker Kessler is a lot to ask for considering the way these two guys have been playing. Let me know if you're joining in on this with me!
