Pick 10: Rutgers Moneyline -194 (Fanduel)

With an impressive 13-3 record when the favorite this season, Rutgers' fourth-best shooting defense and Michigan State's 2-6 record as the underdog, the Scarlet Knights may have the edge in this matchup.

Rutgers has been a powerhouse when the favorite this season, going 13-3, and their fourth-best shooting defense is sure to give Michigan State a run for their money. The Scarlet Knights have also won two of their last three meetings against the Spartans by 21 and 30 points. The January meeting was much closer than the score indicated, with Rutgers having an off shooting night that could be easily reversed.

The Scarlet Knights are led by center Clifford Omoruyi and guard Cam Spencer, both of whom are averaging over 13 points per game. Rutgers has the sixth-fewest points allowed in the nation, giving up just 58.5 per game, while Michigan State scores 69 points per game, which ranks 249th in the country.

Michigan State has had an up and down season and have had difficulty when they are the underdog, with a 2-6 record. They did, however, pull off a 13-point win in their last game against Rutgers, showing that they are capable of putting up a fight.

Rutgers has a strong record this season and with the game being held at Madison Square Garden, the Scarlet Knights should have a good chance of coming away with the victory.
