With five of his last six games topping 48.5 points+assists+rebounds, LeBron James is well-positioned to exceed this line against the Houston Rockets on January 16th.

With the Los Angeles Lakers hosting the Houston Rockets on January 16th, the opportunity is there for LeBron James to surpass the 48.5 points+assists+rebounds line. The four-time MVP has been impressive in recent games, with five of his last six outings surpassing this mark. His last game against the Philadelphia 76ers saw him notch up 35 points, and in his past 10 contests, he's averaging 33.8 points.

With the absence of Anthony Davis, James is likely to get plenty of court time and the game is expected to stay close, affording the former MVP plenty of chances to exceed the line.

Houston has been struggling defensively allowing the most points+rebounds+assists to opposing PFs which is where lebron will start tonight.

The 36-year-old's form has not diminished with age, as he continues to find ways to contribute. His 29.2 points per game average this season is only slightly lower than his 30.0 points average from last year. James is also 364 points away from overtaking Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's all-time scoring record, and if he maintains his current output, he could snag the top spot sometime in early February.

Given James' current form and the Rockets' struggles, it appears likely that he'll pass this line tonight. His hot streak shows no signs of coming to an end.
