With a streak of impressive play and a matchup against the Toronto Raptors, Julius Randle is a great pick for the over in the points prop with a line of 27.5.

Julius Randle has been on a hot streak recently and is set to continue his strong play against the Toronto Raptors on Friday night. In the New York Knicks' 117-114 win against the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday, Randle scored 25 points, adding 13 rebounds, four blocked shots, and three steals. This was the eighth consecutive game that Randle scored 25 or more points, and he is putting up some eye-popping numbers over his last 15 games, averaging 29.1 points, 12.4 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game while shooting 46.5% from the field and 36.2% from beyond the arc. This season, Randle is averaging 24.2 points and 10 rebounds per game, both of which are career-highs, and he is one of just three power forwards in the entire NBA averaging 10 or more rebounds per game this season.

Randle's defense has also been improving of late, with a defensive rating of 106.5 over his last five games, good for a net rating of 10.2. This improved defensive play has been critical in the Knicks' recent wins and should be a factor in their upcoming game against the Raptors. Toppin's return could also provide a boost for the Knicks, as the rookie has been cleared to play after suffering a non-displaced fracture in his right fibula head. With Randle's strong offensive and defensive performances, he is poised for a big night against the Raptors.

The Knicks are currently 21-18 in the Eastern Conference and holding on to a Top-6 spot in the conference. With a talented trio of Julius Randle, Jalen Brunson, and RJ Barrett, the Knicks have a great chance of continuing their winning streak and Randle should be no exception. His strong play and upcoming game against the Raptors make him a solid pick for the over in the points prop with a line of 27.5. I believe this is a great betting opportunity.
